Financial Literacy Volunteer

Care for the Homeless is looking for a volunteer knowledgeable in financial literacy to help facilitate a basic financial literacy class at our shelter for homeless women, Susan's Place, in the Bronx.

Susan's Place is often the last stop for many homeless women before they are placed in transitional housing. To help the women better prepare for a more independent life, we would like to find volunteers who can teach them basic budgeting, how to save, how to avoid financial scams, etc.
