Student Loan Debt Counselor

Academy of Art University is seeking a Student Loan Debt Conselor to provide Direct Loan Entrance and Exit loan Counseling to students via telephone, mail, online, and in-person meetings and independently manage cohort portfolio of student loan borrowers as assigned by Federal loan manager through outbound calls, emails, letters, conference calls with lenders and in person meetings with borrowers.
