Sarano Kelley Waives Fees to Kick Off Financial Literacy Speaking Tour

The financial literacy industry is buzzing over the announcement this week by business expert and world renown performance coach Sarano Kelley that he will waive his speaking fees in an effort to promote the launch of an industry-wide financial literacy speaking tour.

While Kelley’s speaking fees have become substantial since his rating as the “number one speaker” at the Securities Industry Association at the Wharton School of Business for several consecutive years, he is donating those fees during the upcoming year as part of a rigorous effort to galvanize support for the upcoming launch of the Stand Up for Financial Literacy campaign, by getting individuals and firms to commit their time and resources to teaching financial education.

Kelley’s work over the last twenty years has included the development and launch of a life performance and business optimization system utilized by more than 250,000 sales professionals and executives.  His present goal is to provide those same principles to financial services professionals and firms, without a fee, in an effort to persuade his audiences to volunteer their own time and services to Kelley’s national campaign to education students about financial literacy topics.  The campaign, dubbed Stand Up for Financial Literacy, officially will be kicked off in April 2015 during Financial Literacy Month – and Kelley’s offer of free speaking engagements will remain open until that time.
